Free parking was a plus, although finding a spot was like a treasure hunt. The nearby airport provided plenty of entertainment with the constant noise of planes taking off and landing. The terrace was a great place to watch the chaos unfold.
Just what I needed, a nice relaxing getaway with the soothing sound of airplanes overhead.

the cottage itself was stunning, with exposed beams and high ceilings that added to its charm. the decor was beautiful and perfectly suited the location. I especially loved the comfortable four-poster bed. the location was peaceful and tranquil, with stunning views from the lounge of a small garden and a little river. the surrounding area was great for exploring with my dog, with many dog-friendly facilities and excellent walks close by. Woodhall Spa, just a short drive away, was a picturesque village with great eateries, boutiques, and bars. I highly recommend this cottage for a short break.

The rooms were beautifully decorated with exposed beams and high ceilings, creating a charming atmosphere. The four-poster bed was large and comfortable, providing a wonderful sleeping experience. The location of the hotel was great for exploring with our dogs, as there were many dog-friendly facilities nearby. We also enjoyed a lovely walk around Ostlers Plantation and a visit to Tattersall Castle, which was just a short drive away.
Our stay was marred by a few issues. We were unable to stay for the full three nights we paid for due to the flooding and were left worried about our belongings.

Peaceful, tranquil location with beautiful views of a small garden, little river, and AONB. Excellent walks close by. Accommodation was cosy, comfortable, and perfect for us and our dog. Dog-friendly facilities. Nice little pub just 5 minutes up the road. Excellent eateries, boutiques, and bars in the picturesque village of Woodhall Spa, only an 8-minute drive away.
Felt at home, no reason to complain.
